PlumbElec Marketing reserves the right to terminate services at any time, without notice, for any breach of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of the use of services. Upon termination, clients are obligated to pay any outstanding balance due for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Refund Policy

PlumbElec Marketing evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally allowed if services provided fail to meet the agreed-upon standards or deliverables as outlined in the client’s proposal. The specific conditions under which refunds may be granted are detailed in each client’s individual proposal. Clients wishing to request a refund should contact PlumbElec Marketing directly to discuss their situation.

10 Leads in 30 Days Guarantee

PlumbElec Marketing offers a “10 Leads in 30 Days” guarantee for packages where the advertising spend exceeds $2,500 per month. This guarantee becomes effective once PlumbElec Marketing has obtained all necessary access to the client’s website, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads accounts. If the promised number of leads is not achieved within 30 days under these conditions, clients will be eligible for specific compensatory actions as outlined in their proposal.

Modifications to Service and Prices

PlumbElec Marketing reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees for services, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the PlumbElec Marketing site (PlumbElecMarketing.com) or the service itself.
